For your ogling pleasure here are some of the fixtures that we chose for the house.
The granite in the hall bath was finished with a brushed kind of texture rather than shiny.
It feels amazing and gives the bathroom a distinct and different feel.
I love it.
The sink is a shallow basin rectangular under-mount that makes me want to wash my hands over and over and over again.
The toilets aren't anything super fancy but really what
is the most important thing about a toilet?
That it does it's job and does it well and that it doesn't make your legs go numb too quickly.
These were made by Kohler and fit the bill
and there is the neat added feature of no-slam lids
Watch Ma No Hands!
I'll spare you the number of times I opened and closed them just to watch them not slam.
It was probably something close to the number of times I opened and closed the no-slam kitchen drawers and cabinets.
These are the sinks that we picked for the Master Bath and the Poker Room
Drop in with similar rectangular lines as the hall bath.
Here is the light fixture in the dining room.
I always hate it when these get installed.
Without a table underneath I always manage to whack my head on them.
Oh, I nearly forgot.
Here is the kitchen sink.
I want a kitchen sink of my own like this.
Every time I see it I run my hands lovingly around its edges.
It is such a good kitchen sink.
So dignified, so lovely.
Just in case you didn't know.
I love this sink.
And that's all I've got for you today.
The house is all finished now and on the market for sale.
Next remodel update will show you the entire finished project. Yay
Now somebody just come buy the thing.
